I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate emotional pain, improve communication, and build healthier, more secure relationships and lives.
My work is grounded in creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and understood without judgment.
I specialize in helping people move through patterns of anxiety, relationship challenges, disconnection, conflict, and emotional overwhelm by combining evidence-based approaches with a relational, compassionate style. I believe therapy works best when it is both insightful and individualized – helping you understand what’s happening internally while also giving you tools you can use in your everyday life.
